All new systems if maintained from new carry a 3- year parts warranty on mechanical or electrical fail, we offer two types of maintenance option this comprises of Silver & Gold maintenance plans:

Silver Plan

Silver offers one visit per annum & and includes quick response break-down cover.

Gold Plan

Gold offers two visits per annum & and includes quick response break-down cover.

Fully documented engineers report for all repairs & maintenance work
Any replacement equipment / parts are advised via cost for approval
Roll-on maintenance plans offering piece of mind
All electrical work installed, tested and certificated to BS7671

The above options are dependent on the amount of usage / traffic using the access systems, our surveyor will advise you as to the best coverage for your system. All new installations have full maintenance options and costs listed as part of the specification, we also offer a full breakdown and maintenance cover for systems not originally installed by us.
